Our gold winner, November Harvest is the family's field blend, a co-cultivation of our 2 local varieties: Manaki and Megaritiki, paired with our family made grape syrup, for an explosion of flavors!
We produce the olive oil in November (hence the name) when the fruits have started turning towards a more yellowish-purplish color, leading to sweeter aromas, aromas of tomato, oregano and herbs! Its bitterness and pungency are medium in intensity, making it versatile, user friendly and your go-to olive oil!
As for the grape syrup, our family also has grapes. So, we use our cousin's recipe to take the juice off the grapes, traditionally boil for long hours (20-22 hours) to ensure everything evaporates and we keep the sugars of the grapes. So this lovely, traditional grape syrup is sweet and caramely, ready to use on pancakes, waffles, griller veggies, barbeques, ice cream and more!

We love using them with red meat, barbeques, dressings and salads with many different ingredients as well as lovely winter soups!
