Enjoying some Pasta with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic & Sun-dried tomatoes

Looking for a tasty and healthy way to say hello to the new year? Why don't you try pasta with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, garlic and sun-dried tomatoes! It's yummy and easy to make! All you need is:


 Pasta of your choosing

 OLEOSOPHIA Extra Virgin Olive Oil

 Garlic

 Sun-dried tomato flakes

 Black and red pepper

 Salt

 Grated Parmesan (optional)

How to do it? Easy!

Chop 2 cloves of garlic (or more depending on how intense you want the flavour to be) in very small pieces and put them in a cool frying pan along with some generous amount of OLEOSOPHIA extra virgin olive oil, some sun-dried tomatoes flakes and freshly grounded black and red pepper. Put to medium heat and let them infuse the aromas into the olive oil. Remember to stir occasionally.

In the meantime, boil some pasta of your choosing according to the packaging instructions, drain it

and put it back to the pot. When the garlic in the frying pan turns golden brown, it is time to pour the OLEOSOPHIA olive oil mix over your drained pasta and give them a good stir.

Serve with some extra sun-dried tomato flakes.

For the cheese lovers, give it an extra twist by adding some freshly grated parmesan!
