The experience at a glance...

We will begin our tasting surrounded by trees and explore local varieties. With the guidance of our team, you will learn how to evaluate olive oils, what to look for and what to avoid, how to shop for high quality olive oils and how to use them on your food!
After that, we will enjoy the olive trees walking through the grove, discussing cultivation practices, tradition, myths and more about our beloved olive trees! All this takes place in our family olive garden, honoring the heritage passed on from our grandparents.
Coming out of the experience, you will have learnt the fundamentals of olive oil tasting and will see olive oil in a new light!
